Between July 1 and July 9, Daniel Crowe, PA, will see those patients who are currently scheduled for an appointment. Other patients of Dr. Fink’s who may need to be seen during these dates are welcome to schedule an appointment with the Salisbury office. The Faith office will be open July 10 – 12, 2019 for walk-in visits with Robert Ruhlman, PA. Starting July 15, all patients who had appointments scheduled with Dr. Fink, as well as all new patients will be scheduled with Lauren Lyerly, PA.
